We do not process orders for a Post Office Box address.
We can deliver to only one location per order. Therefore, if you wish to dispatch several items to various addresses, please process each destination as a separate, independent order.

We make every effort to display the true colors of our garments on our website as accurately as possible. However, the exact colors you see may vary slightly, as they are dependent on the display settings and resolution of your monitor or screen.
We charge a nominal fee for international orders. However, you can qualify for Free International Shipping when your order total exceeds the minimum value in the following countries:

- 70 Pound in United Kingdom
- $125 in Australia
- $125 in Canada
- 600 AED in UAE
- 70 USD Rest of the World
We provide a straightforward cancellation process for all our valued customers. You have to submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing it.

Any disputes related to transactions will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi (India) Courts. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the denial of transaction authorization if the Cardholder has exceeded the preset credit limit agreed upon with their bank.
We strongly advise our customers to refer to the washing instructions mentioned on the product tag to prevent damage. As our products are made with delicate, handpicked fabrics and often feature intricate embroidery, we advise professional dry cleaning rather than home washing.
Your refund is typically estimated to be credited to the original account used for payment between 10-14 working days after we initiate the refund process.
