Made-to-Order Products
Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.
Before placing your order, please ensure that:
- You have carefully reviewed all product details, measurements, and specifications
- You have selected the correct size based on our size guide
- You understand that colors may vary slightly from screen to screen
- You have made an informed decision about your purchase
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation requests will be considered valid only if made within 24 hours of placing your order on the Site. Please note that we reserve the right to accept or reject any cancellation request for any reason, particularly if the garment has already entered production.
We do not offer cash refunds. If an order is cancelled, we may issue a store credit for the equivalent amount, which you can use to redeem for another outfit on our Site.
Quality Assurance
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and take great care in creating each garment. However, as all our products are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us immediately at info@madhwam.com with your Order ID, photographs, and details of the concern. We will review each case individually and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Product Disclaimer
We regard the inherent qualities of our products with utmost care but do not guarantee against minor variations in embroidery or any color bleeding due to the delicate nature of the fabrics. Please read and follow the wash care instructions on the product tag carefully.
Since our garments are handcrafted, slight variations in embroidery, embellishments, and finish are natural and are not considered defects.
Item Unavailability
If an item or material becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will notify you within two (2) working days. You may then substitute the product with another design, or we may issue a store credit for future use on our Site.

Transactional Disputes
Any transactional disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. The Company reserves the right to amend this policy at its sole discretion.
