Madhwam Shipping and Delivery Covenant

We, at Madhwam, commit to the highest standard of service to ensure your prized garments are delivered efficiently. As a user, your continued use of our platform signifies that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to be unconditionally bound by all terms within this Delivery Policy.

Dispatch and Logistics

  • Shipping Location: All our products are shipped from our central fulfillment location in Delhi, India.
  • Delivery Partners: We have partnered with trusted national and international logistics providers, including FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC, DHL, and Delhivery ("Fulfillment Partners"), to effectuate secure delivery across India. We will provide details of the specific partner once your order has been dispatched.
  • Processing Schedule: Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding all national or officially declared holidays.

Shipping in India

All our products are meticulously handcrafted and made to order. We endeavor to dispatch your unique piece within 15–20 working days. After dispatch, it will be delivered in 5-7 days.

Prepaid Orders

  • Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders to all serviceable locations across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • FREE SHIPPING is also available for all COD orders.
  • However, please note that all COD orders require a 30% advance payment to confirm the creation of your made-to-order garment.

Important Note: If a garment is undeliverable and returned to our facility, the customer will be responsible for bearing the full return and subsequent reshipping charges.

International Shipping

We are proud to offer secure worldwide shipping for all our creations.

Standard International Shipping Charges

For most countries, the standard shipping rates are as follows:

  • First Garment: INR 3600
  • Each Additional Garment: INR 1350

Expensive Shipping Countries (Higher Rates Apply)

For the following regions, shipping charges are adjusted due to higher logistics costs: INR 6000 for the first garment, plus INR 2000 for every additional garment.

This list includes: Brazil, Cyprus, Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria, Panama, South Africa, Turkey, Fiji, Mauritius, Norway, Trinidad and Tobago, Afghanistan, Angola, Antigua, Argentina, Barbados, Mozambique, and East African Countries.

International Delivery Timeline

Your order requires 15–20 days for dispatch due to its handcrafted nature. After dispatch, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to your location. Delivery times may be slightly longer for certain international areas depending on local customs processing. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships.

Customs and Duties: As the recipient, you are entirely responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes levied by the destination country. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Order Integrity and Addressing

  • Single Destination Rule: We process only one shipping address per order. If you wish to send multiple items to different locations, please process each destination as a separate, distinct order.
  • Required Address Details: Users must provide a complete street address, including accurate pin code details, when placing a purchase order.
  • P.O. Box Restriction: We do not ship to Post Office Box addresses and cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if a P.O. Box is provided.
  • Final Order Status: Once confirmed, orders cannot be edited or modified. However, we may honor requests for an address change if submitted via email to Info@madhwam.com within six hours of placing the order, or prior to dispatch, whichever comes first.

Delivery Commitment and Support

  • Estimated Delivery: A standard date of delivery will be communicated via your order confirmation email.
  • Delivery Attempts: Our Fulfillment Partners will attempt delivery three (3) times at the specified address. If the package remains undelivered after the third attempt, the item will be returned to our facility.
  • Stock Availability: In the rare event that a product you paid for is unavailable or faces a delay, we will proactively notify you of the delay within 2 working days via your registered mobile number or email address.
  • Tracking: Upon dispatch, we will provide your tracking number via Email and SMS. You may conveniently monitor the status through the "Track Order" facility within your My Account section on our website.
  • Dispute Resolution: For any disputes concerning delivery, please contact the courier partner directly via their respective websites. Alternatively, you may contact our Customer Support team at Info@madhwam.com.
